Generative Aqua Agri Systems & Healthy Food – 2nd Digital Hackathon
The SOL Learning Plaza (LP) is a three year action-research initiated by Society for Organizational Learning (SOL) members and friends around the globe, with a twofold purpose:
- To contribute to SDGs 2, 3, 12, 13, 14 and 15. The Learning Plaza focus goes beyond sustainable agriculture to include “generative aqua-agri & healthy food systems”, harmonized with nature.
- To contribute to social transformation by applying both Peter Senge Five Disciplines to the social field (mental model, systems thinking, shared vision, personal mastery, team learning) and Otto Scharmer U model.
The SOL LP is articulated as learning and collaborative sessions to generate social awareness and transformation towards “generative aqua-agri & healthy food systems”. People can share, listen, learn and contribute to social transformation. Our SOL LP approach should be accessible to any country, community or business wanting to contribute to “generative aqua-agri & healthy food systems”. The learning process itself will be harmonized with our intent for the aqua-agri-food system we envision.
The SOL LP architecture is articulated in 7 pillars. Each one is articulated through a purpose, process, framing question(s) and deliverables (learnings, analysis and decisions from previous ones). The purpose, framing questions and process for each pillar will be shared anticipatively through mail and social media.
Individuals or teams wanting to contribute to this action research could come from institutions, businesses, associations, cooperatives, universities, NGOs, communities, political parties, etc., from any country.
Although we are looking for sponsors to cover research, management and digital expenses, participation to digital sessions is free.
For 2020 Antonio Linares-Güemes, member of Society for Organisational Learning Spain, behaves as Program Director.
