Maria Cristina D’ARCE

Founder of the Society for Organizational Learning in Brazil, and active member of its collective leadership team, since 1999 to date.

Member of the Inspirational Council of the Global Sol Association.

Member of the Peace Global Net International Council.   

Founder and Director of Quartet-Labe Technical Consulting, a firm based in São Paulo- Brazil.

Master and Ph.D. Degrees in Measurement, Evaluation and Computer Applications – University of Toronto, Canada.

 

As Director of Quartet-Labe, she was responsible for the development of over 5000 leaders, middle and top management, at major international and national corporations and the public sector. A work focused on competencies related to Organizational Learning and Business as an Agent of World Benefit.

 

Worked in organizational learning projects in Spain, Portugal, Mozambique, Peru, and the United States.

Responsible for the Portuguese translation and publication of: “Presence,” co-authored by Peter Senge and others (2007), “Solving Tough Problems” by Adam Kahane (2008) and Synchronicity: The inner path of leadership”, by Joseph Jaworski (2014). 

She has published several articles in Brazil and abroad.
